Strawberry Picking

Bridger here again. I want to tell you about what we did last weekend...well not last weekend but the weekend before that while we were in Virginia. We went strawberry picking! I was so excited to pick strawberries using my pink bucket. I was excited you see because I used my pink bucket for my Easter egg hunt and that was very fun so I thought it would be super fun to put strawberries in my pink bucket. To get to the strawberry field we had to take a ferry across the James River. That was also fun because I like ships and it is similar to the ships I like and that are near my house here in Baltimore. At the strawberry fields we had to bend down really close to the ground to find the really red strawberries and pick them without pressing on the strawberry too hard. It was actually kind of difficult, and I really liked eating the strawberries better than picking them. I'll tell you what though. The best part was when we had strawberry ice cream after picking strawberries. Yep, that's what we did and it was super yummy and I at all of my ice cream (and none of my lunch). I do love strawberries and them a lot the few days after we got home because my mommy and daddy picked a lot of strawberries. Right now it is back to my "Bumpermore" and doing my usual routine but hopefully we will do something fun like that again soon.
