Even though wasn't sunny these two crazy kids had a great time in Florida!!
Hard to believe but about two weeks ago the kids and I made a quick trip to Florida. We interrupted the GranDeCamp relax time with lots of kid antics and lots of fun. The best part is we all survived rather intact though I am not sure the sand will ever get out of some of the nether regions of the condo given the amount of the beach we brought back each day. The weather was actually not great most of the time, but we got one surprise day with lots of sun. While it may not have been 80 and sunny everyday it was better than the 40 and rainy in Baltimore so we spent a lot of time on the beach even if it wasn't in our bathing suits. Larsen loved the beach and Bridger was back to all of his old beach antics as soon as we got out there. On our sunny day both kids even spent a fair amount of time in the water. (Grandpa has those photos though!)
We spent one morning at the awesome Pier 60 Playground in Clearwater.
Bridger was super afraid of this rock last time and spent most of the time jumping off of it this time.
Seems like my Bridger B is getting to be one of the big kids at the playground. He loved climbing this web.
Sweet Larsen and Grandma on the swings! Larsen loved her "Minnie" underdogs. They were meant to be Mini ones since she wasn't in a baby swing but she interpreted it is Minnie). She then asked for Mickey, Goofy and Daisy underdogs.
One cloudy afternoon Larsen and Bridger plundered a sand castle creation. My apologies to the family whose children worked so hard on this!
Sitting on the sand pile at the scene of the crime!
Yoga on the beach! Namaste Larsen!!
He's a digger he is and a good one to boot! (A line from one of our favorite books and so true of Bridger's time on the beach!)
